Nancy Lieberman
Born, July 1, 1958, in Brooklyn, New York was Basketball Hall of Fame point guard and coach Nancy Lieberman. She was an Olympic silver medalist in 1976. She was drafted into the WBL in 1980 and since was a part of these organizations: 1984 Dallas Diamonds

Nate Thurmond
Born July 25, 1941, in Akron, Ohio, was Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Forward Nate Thurmond. Nate is a 7-time NBA All Star. The majority of his 14-year career in the National Basketball Association (NBA) with the Golden State Warriors franchise. In 1965, he grabbed 42 rebounds in a game; only Wilt Chamberlain and Bill Russell recorded more rebounds in an NBA game. Thurmond was named a member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1985, one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History, and part of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021.
Mel Daniels
Born July 20, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan was Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Player, Mel Daniels. He played in the American Basketball Association (ABA) for the Minnesota Muskies, Indiana Pacers, and Memphis Sounds, and in the National Basketball Association for the New York Nets. Daniels was a two-time ABA Most Valuable Player, three-time ABA Champion and a seven-time ABA All-Star. Daniels was the All-time ABA rebounding leader and in 1997 was named a unanimous selection to the ABA All-Time Team. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2012.
Bob Pettit
Born December 12, 1932, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Forward/Center Bob Pettit. During his 11 seasons in the NBA, all with the Milwaukee/St. Louis Hawks (1954–1965) he was a star player. In 1956, he became the first recipient of the NBA's Most Valuable Player Award and he won the award again in 1959. This legend was an eleven-time NBA All-Star. He really played well in Big games. Pettit led the Hawks to an NBA Championship with a then-playoff record 50 points in the Hawks' 110-109 series-clinching victory in game 6 over the Boston Celtics.
Walt Bellamy
Born July 24, 1939, n New Bern, North Carolina, was Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Center Walt Bellamy. He played college basketball at Indiana University and holds the school records for most rebounds in a season (649) and most double-doubles in a career (59). Then after some great seasons for the Hoosiers moved to the pro ranks. Walt was an NBA All-Star 1962–65; NBA Rookie of Year 1962; Olympic gold medal winner at the games in 1960.
Bobby Slick Leonard
Born July 17, 1932, in Terre Haute, Indiana, was Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Coach Bobby Leonard. He played college basketball for the Indiana Hoosiers, where he was a two-time All-American and a member of their national championship squad in 1953. Slick as he was known, was part of the ABA Championship teams of 1970, 72, 73 of the Indiana Pacers. During his NBA playing Days Bobby was the point guard Minneapolis/LA Lakers, Chicago Packers/Zephyrs.
Arnie Ferrin
Born July 29, 1925, in Salt Lake City, Utah, was Naismith Memorial Basketball hall of Fame Guard, Arnie Ferrin. The hard court legend was a member of the NCAA Championship, Final Four MOB 1944 University of Utah Utes and later won an NBA Championship as a member of the Minneapolis Lakers 1949, 50. After his playing career, Ferrin was general manager of the Utah Stars of the American Basketball Association (ABA) from 1972 through 1974. He served as the athletic director at his alma mater, the University of Utah, from 1976 to 1985.
Tiny Archibald
Born September 2, 1948, in New York, New York, was Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Point Guard Tiny Archibald. Nate Archibald was a six-time NBA All-Star and was selected as All-NBA five times. His accolades include being the 1972-73 League scoring champion and winning an NBA Championship in 1981. The southpaw shooter played for the Cincinnati Royals, Kansas City-Omaha Kings, New York Nets, Boston Celtics, and the Milwaukee Bucks.
Jason Kidd
Born March 23, 1973, in San Francisco, California, was Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Guard Jason Kidd. This legend was a nine-time All-Defensive NBA standout, an NBA Champion 2011, and a six-time All-NBA star. His ten All-Star games set him on a level few have reached in the NBA, eventually placing him on the 2017 NBA 75th Anniversary Team. Kidd played on the Dallas Mavericks, Phoenix Suns, New Jersey Nets, Dallas Mavericks, and the New York Knicks.
Reggie Miller
Born August 24, 1965, in Riverside California was Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame guard Reggie Miller. This legendary player who played his entire 18-year career in the National Basketball Association with the Indiana Pacers. He was known for his precision three-point shooting. Miller played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins, earning third-team All-American honors as a junior in 1986. He was selected by Indiana in the first round of the 1987 NBA draft with the 11th overall pick.
